Academy Acro Program
Grades K+
Synergy’s Acro program gives dancers the opportunity to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and body control while building confidence and growing their skills in acrobatic movement.
What will my child learn?
Strength
Your dancer will build the strength needed to safely perform acrobatic skills while developing overall body control.
Flexibility
Your dancer will improve flexibility and mobility through age-appropriate stretches and exercises that support their acro training.
Balance & Control
Your dancer will develop balance, coordination, and body control while learning to move with stability and precision.
Acro Skills
Your dancer will learn and progress through age-appropriate acrobatic skills while developing proper technique and safe execution.
Confidence
Your dancer will build confidence by challenging themselves, learning new skills, and celebrating their progress.

Ready for Level 2?
Level 2 is designed for dancers who have mastered the foundational skills of Level 1 and are ready to progress.

Additional Costs & Requirements
Registration Fee
- A one-time registration fee is required upon enrollment.
Class Attire & Shoes
- Dancers will need a class leotard and appropriate dance shoes for their program. Specific attire and shoe requirements will be provided upon registration.
Spring Showcase
- Dancers have the opportunity to participate in Synergy’s annual Spring Dance Showcase. Participation is optional, and additional costs, including the showcase costume, will apply to dancers who choose to participate.
