Preschool Academy Dance

Ages 1.5-4

Synergy’s preschool academy classes introduce young dancers to the joy of movement, music an creativity in a fun, encouraging environment.

What will my child learn?

Movement

Your little one will explore how their body moves through space! They will build coordination, balance and body awareness while having fun moving to music.

Musicality

Your child will discover the joy of moving with music! They will learn to listen to beats, rhythms and different sounds while expressing themselves through dance.

Confidence

Dance is a wonderful way for little ones to build confidence! Through encouragement and playful activities, they will learn to try new things, celebrate their progress and feel proud of themselves.

Listening

Your dancer will practice listening and following simple directions through fun games and activities. They will learn to pay attention, respond to music and work together with their teacher and friends.

Creativity

There are no wrong ways to be creative! Your child will be encouraged to use their imagination, explore their own movements and express their unique personalities through dance.

Additional Costs & Requirements

Registration Fee

A one-time registration fee is required upon enrollment.

Class Attire & Shoes

Dancers will need a class leotard and appropriate dance shoes for their program. Specific attire and shoe requirements will be provided upon registration.

Spring Showcase

Dancers have the opportunity to participate in Synergy’s annual Spring Dance Showcase. Participation is optional, and additional costs, including the showcase costume, will apply to dancers who choose to participate.
